Luthfi Dhofier – Founder and CEO

Luthfi Dhofier is a public policy and business strategist with deep experience across Canada and Southeast Asia. He currently serves as President of the Canadian International Council (CIC) in Vancouver and sits on the board of the Canada–Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (CICC).
He is co-author of Understanding Human Security and Climate Change (Edward Elgar) and editor of The Human Rights of Climate Change (Palgrave Macmillan), advancing debates at the intersection of climate justice and geopolitics. His insights on international affairs, politics, and sustainability have been published by leading think tanks and media outlets.
Luthfi brings a distinctive cross-cultural lens and trusted networks across Canadian and Southeast Asian markets. Drawing on experience in both the private and public sectors, he specializes in translating complexity into actionable strategies, connecting policy and business to generate measurable outcomes.
He holds a Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs from the University of British Columbia with a concentration in resources, energy, and sustainability.
