Disclaimer
MGA operates exclusively in the field of Canada–Indonesia trade and investment. We do not engage in business, lobbying, or procurement activities with the Government of British Columbia, the BC Ministry of Health, or any BC health authorities. All MGA activities are independent of provincial government functions, and no views expressed should be taken as representing or endorsed by the Province of British Columbia.

Scope of Services
MGA is an independent consultancy focused on facilitating trade, investment, and business partnerships between Canada and Indonesia. Our advisory services are limited to private enterprises and international engagements.

Exclusion of Provincial Government Work
MGA does not, and will not, engage in business development, lobbying, or procurement activities with the Government of British Columbia, the BC Ministry of Health, or any BC health authorities. We do not advise clients on provincial policy, regulation, or procurement matters.

Client and Project Eligibility
MGA does not accept clients or projects that are part of, funded by, or acting on behalf of the BC government or its affiliated agencies, ministries, or Crown corporations.

No Lobbying of BC Public Office Holders
MGA does not lobby or communicate with BC provincial public officeholders on behalf of its clients. Any domestic or international government engagement is conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Independence and Confidentiality
MGA maintains strict separation between its work and any provincial government functions. We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, and no information obtained from public-sector employment is ever used for MGA purposes.

Use of Titles
No MGA communications, publications, or events represent or imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the BC Ministry of Health or any other BC provincial body.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada.
